Setting Up the app on your mobile device.
Use existing Account ID, User ID and Mobile Pin.
If you are unsure, please contact Converge Support: 800-377-3962, option 2, then option 2
STEP 1: Use login credentials Account ID, User ID and PIN and select “I accept the end user license”. Then select Next, top right corner.
STEP 2: Select Card Reader by photo. (Non-EMV reader Magtek is bottom reader, MOST COMMON reader)
Step 3: Plug in the reader to the audio jack of the smart device. If no audio, jack, please call our office for a reader upgrade, 877-651-1655.
Step 4: Set up your five digit passcode to access the app.
You will then run a test transaction for $1.01 and when it authorizes, then void it.
