- Enter the credentials below (Username and password) and your business information under receipt details, if you prefer.
4. Configure the reader Select the reader at the top of the list:
5. Plug in reader (must have selected audio port for the reader inside of the app. Please make sure volume is maximum.) If reader will not seat all the way, due to the phone/ipad case, remove from the case. Or If an iPhone, give us a call we have an adapter to make it work without removing the case.
6. Run a test transaction for $1.00, then void it.

8. If you need to run a transaction without using the swipe device, please make sure and enter the customer’s billing address and zip code along with the CVV2 code.
